Shipping
CONTINENTAL US:  We offer shipping via US Mail or UPS.

    US Mail
          Orders up to 1 oz:                $ 2.00
          Orders up to 11 oz:              $ 8.50
          Orders up to 18 oz:              $12.00
          Orders greater than 18 oz: $16.00

    United Parcel Service (UPCS)
    In general, we ship via UPS Ground Service*. Standard UPS shipping time is approximately 5 to 8
    business days within the US. For faster service we can ship UPS 2nd Day Air* (allow 2 business
    days for this shipping option). *after order processing (12-36 hours during business days).

OUTSIDE OF THE US:  We offer shipping via US Mail or UPS. Our system will automatically calculate the
shipping charge based on weight using the UPS Standard to Canada option. However, unfortunately, for
the other international locations, our shipping system does not calculate the shipping costs so we usually
need to check with US Mail/UPS. Please indicate how quickly you need your order and the range of
shipping charges that's acceptable. If the shipping charges and timeline fall within your ranges, we will
ship out immediately and inform you of the charges. If the charges or timeline does not fit within your  
range, we will contact you to determine next steps.


Returns & exchanges - 30 day guarantee
We are proud of our Little Buddha Baby products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of
merchandise for a full refund, less shipping costs. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that
have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached.


Returning your item
Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card. We will notify you via e-mail once your
return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7
business days to reflect this transaction.


How to return your item
Please contact Little Buddha Baby at customercare@littlebuddhababy.com before returning any
merchandise to receive a return authorization number (RA#). Pack your merchandise in the original
shipping box. Please write the RA# on the package as instructed. Insure your package for the full value of
the merchandise and return it to us using US Postal Service. We will notify you via e-mail once your return
has been processed.


Exchanging your item
Please email customercare@littlebuddhababy.com to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive your
item for exchange, we will send your new order and send you an email when your new order is shipped.


How do you guarantee the security of my credit card information?
The security of the information that you provide to us is very important to us. Hence, we have taken several
measures to protect your information. All transactions involving sensitive information, such as your
credit/debit card number, are conducted using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer protocol) connection. We use
industry-standard SSL encryption to transmit credit card information securely. SSL allows our server to
automatically establish a secure connection with your Web browser. When you enter your credit card
number into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, and then decoded when it
gets to us. SSL was developed by Visa, MasterCard, and other major electronic commerce companies to
safeguard the online shopping consumer. We will only use your credit/debit number for the processing of
our payment. Other sensitive information that we may collect will not be disclosed to third parties unless
we are required to do so by law.
